GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE BY INTERNET

The person who uses the electronic commerce programs states that he acts in his own name or that he has sufficient powers when acting on behalf of a company or institution, and that we will call Customer.

When placing an order using these e-commerce programs, the Client accepts the application of these general conditions applied to the commercial transactions made.

The Client declares that the data contained in his registration are correct.

The Client accepts as valid the orders made by this procedure, and expressly waives any opposition, present or future, based on the use of these electronic commerce programs. The Customer accepts the invoice that the Supplier will issue as well as the economic charge corresponding to the orders made by this procedure.

The Supplier reserves the right to reject, totally or partially, an order placed by the Customer, in which case it will notify via e-mail and cancel the invoices and corresponding charges.

The Client accepts that the documents and vouchers of the order are those issued by the electronic commerce programs, either in e-mail format, or in print format per terminal.

The validity and interpretation of these general conditions will be governed by the laws and courts of the domicile of the Supplier, explicitly accepting the said jurisdiction.
DATA PROTECTION:
All data requested are as part of the contract.
ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING:
the contract is made exclusively through emails sent between the parties.
AUTHORIZATION OF PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS:
the client authorizes that they can send communications to him of promotions by electronic mail whenever he can cancel at any moment.
